Introducing...THE ONE!!!

I met "The One". We met on a Church softball team. He was super athletic, funny, and so cute! I went out on my own to buy my own glove...and accidentally bought a youth one! Duh! He traded me gloves and used my tiny one...and still did amazing. I was smitten!

First Day of School

Am I really old enough to have a child in Kindergarten?! I can't believe the day has come. What happened to my sweet little baby?? The Sweetness smoked the Kinder early entrance exam and is all set for her first day of school! She did great! She was so brave and excited to be there. Her teacher, "Mrs. H" is wonderful! She reminds me so much of my Kindergarten teacher!


I took the day off work and only drove past the school 4 times. I think the police almost got called on me...

Could this uniform be any cuter?!

Today was our ward Temple day and I brought The Sweetness along! It was so wonderful. I felt the spirit so strong being there with her. I was able to feel so strongly that the Temple was meant for families. We watched the Joseph Smith movie and she totally felt the spirit!I didn't think it would keep her attention because 1. It's not a cartoon 2. It's pretty long and 3. It's kind of scary at parts. Afterwards she said, "Wow mom! Wasn't that movie so good?" I'm so thankful Heavenly Father has trusted me with such a choice spirit child of his <3 I can't wait to go to the temple with The Sweetness and my future husband!

Soccer Star...well kinda

I asked The Sweetness if she would rather play Tee-Ball or Soccer...and she picked soccer! I was excited to see what kind of player would she be! She would...run a lot. If she had the opportunity to kick the ball she would run at it all intense, but never actually kick the ball. She would just kind of dance around it! She liked going to the games, but hated practice! She swore she was so good that she didn't need to practice. "But you said that I am sooo good at soccer, Mom" heh...maybe I should lay off the compliments!! Either way, she looked stinking cute....
